NURS 7426 - NURSE ANESTHESIA CLINICAL PRACTICUM VII

The course prepares students for advanced anesthesia skills needed in the anesthetic management of patients undergoing a variety of complex surgical and/ or diagnostic procedures. This course is the final practicum course in the anesthesia program and prepares students for the National certificate exam (NCE) and professional clinical practice with an emphasis on legal, ethical, and regulatory aspects of nurse anesthesia practice. The course follows the professional practice standards and guidelines of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Pre-requisite: NURS 7425
