PUBH 6170 - PRINCIPLES FOR POPULATION-BASED MANAGEMENT

This course is designed to provide public health students with an introduction to the skills needed to manage and lead public health organizations with an emphasis on systems thinking. Additionally, this course introduces students to the methodologic concepts and skills required for systematically examining the impact of the organization, staffing, financing, and management of public health systems on the access to, delivery, cost, quality, and outcomes of population-based services and interventions.
