DHY 4103 - CLINICAL NUTRITION[2 Credits] This course consists of techniques for diet assessment, nutritional counseling and patient management. It is designed to increase the student’s skill in developing a comprehensive disease program to treat individual patients. The course format is a combination of lectures, presentation of abstracts, and discussion of current nutritional issues.
